Safety alerts

Check-ins from staff working alone: the alerts that need someone, the ones running now, and the last fortnight.

Updated 19 October 2026Corella’s help for this screen, word for word

Step by step

  1. An alert arrives when someone working alone misses the time they set to check in by, or enters their duress PIN. The person on call is told by bell, push and text, and the office by bell.
  2. Open it to see who, their mobile, their visit and its address, and who was told. Press I'm on it so the others know — that stops the office being told again.
  3. When they are safe, say what happened and press Close this alert. If they check in themselves after a missed check-in, the alert closes and everyone told is told it is over.

Tips

  • The office and whoever is on call open this page.
