Are these templates free?
Yes. Each one is a Word file you can download and a page you can print or save as a PDF. There's no email to give, no sign-up and no trial — take them, adapt them and use them in your organisation.
Do these templates make us compliant?
No template can do that on its own. Each one is built on the NDIS Commission's and the NDIA's published rules, and its page lists the sources. But what you record, when you report and what you do about it stay your obligations. They're not legal or compliance advice, so check the current rules for your registration before you rely on one.
Can we put our own name and logo on them?
Yes. Download the Word file, add your organisation's name and logo, and change the sections to match how you work. The only thing to keep is the substance the rules require — each template's page says which parts those are.
Why are they free?
Corella is software that keeps these records on the person's record and the shift they belong to. The templates are for providers who aren't ready for software yet, or who want a paper fallback for the day the internet goes down. There are no strings attached.
Do they cover aged care?
They're written for NDIS providers. Aged care has its own rules — serious incidents, for example, are reported under a different scheme to a different regulator — so check the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission's guidance before adapting one for aged-care work.
