The part nobody else offers

Other platforms rent you a seat.
Corella hands you the keys.

Most care software keeps every provider’s records in one shared database and sells you logins to it. Corella gives your organisation its own isolated instance — your own database, your own subdomain, your own branding. Health data never shares a table with another company.

  • Own instance + database
  • Your brand, login page in
  • Sydney-resident, daily backups
  • Full export whenever you ask

CorellaThe Friday job, retired

Proof of support to invoice, with zero steps between.

Chasing shift paperwork, renaming PDFs, holding back unproven shifts — Corella does the whole chain the moment a form is approved.

  1. 1Shift report · Approved

    A shift form is approved

Your support worker submits the shift's form from their phone — photos, drawn signature and all. Finance approves it from a queue, not an inbox.

  2. 2Jordan L 14.03.2026.pdf · attached

    The paperwork files itself

On approval it becomes a branded PDF, auto-named the way auditors like — and attaches itself to the client's record and the invoice.

  3. 31 shift held — awaiting form

    Invoices wait for proof

Shifts missing a required approved form stay out of the invoice run until the evidence exists. Nothing is claimed that can't be backed.

This used to be someone’s whole Friday.

CorellaSwitching is our job, not yours

Live in days, not quarters.

1

We migrate your data

Clients, documents, history — moved and verified record by record. We've done 149 clients and 3,000+ documents in a day.

2

We set it up with you

Services, price book, roles, your branding — configured to how your organisation actually runs, not a template.

3

Your team goes live

Training for office and field, then go-live support from the people who built the product.

The real product on a real phone — coordinators roster from anywhere.

CorellaBuilt on the floor

Made with providers, not for a pitch deck.

Corella's best features are transcriptions of real workdays — watched, timed, and built shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who do this work.

A support worker and participant together outdoors
The travel-time claim exists because a rostering admin showed us the hour she lost to it every single day.
A carer doing an activity with an older person
The invoice hold-back exists because we watched a finance officer chase shift forms every Friday afternoon.
A group program around a table
Program-level risk assessments exist because a coordinator asked why the bus outing's risk lived on one participant's file.

CorellaBuilt for how you operate

Your kind of provider, out of the box.

Modules switch on per organisation — a support-coordination practice sees a support-coordination system, not someone else's rostering tool.

CorellaFair questions

What providers ask us first.

Is Corella only for NDIS providers?
No — Corella runs NDIS, aged-care Support at Home, support coordination, plan management and community programs. Modules switch on per organisation, so your team only sees the parts you actually use.
Can you migrate us off our current rostering app and shared drive?
Yes, and we've done it: for one provider we migrated 149 clients and over 3,000 documents into their instance in a day, verified record by record. Migration is part of onboarding, not an extra project for your admin team.
Which features cost extra?
None. Incidents, care plans, funds tracking, forms, risk assessments and compliance tools ship in the base product for every provider. We don't gate safety-critical features behind a higher tier.
Where is our data stored?
In Australia — your instance and its database run in Sydney, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery. Every provider gets their own database; see security & data handling for the plain-English detail.
Do support workers need to install an app?
Corella's carer app is a PWA — it installs straight from the browser on any phone, no app store required. Clock on with GPS, see tasks and care essentials, write notes, claim kilometres and travel time at clock-off.
Does it work with Xero?
Yes — Corella pushes invoices to Xero with the proof-of-support PDF attached, and marks them paid when Xero says so via payment webhooks. Payroll leaves as a CSV your bookkeeper imports today.
What does it cost?
$19 per user per month (AUD ex GST) with everything included — no feature tiers, no safety paywalls, a $149/month minimum, and two months free on annual billing. The pricing page has the details and the founding-provider offer.
Can we get our data out?
Always. Reports export to CSV from the app, and you can ask for a complete export of your database and documents at any time — it's your data, in your database.
