Who we are
This website is operated by Business Innovise Hub (“BIH”, “we”), an Australian software company based in Moama, New South Wales, and it describes Corella, our care-operations platform. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this website collects
The forms. If you ask for a demo or send us a message, we collect what you type and choose: your name, your email and your organisation, and whatever else that form asks for or you choose to add — for a demo, your team size, the demo you picked, how you’d like to see Corella, whether you’d like us to design your website (and any design you picked), and if you give them, your phone number, role, current website, the software you use now, how you heard about us and your message. We use it for exactly one thing — answering you, and for a demo, setting up the demo, walkthrough or website conversation you asked for. When you ask for a demo or send us a message, we also send one short email to the address you gave, confirming that we have it, and our sales team gets a copy of that email; it never repeats what you typed.
Signing up. If you sign up for a trial on our Start page, we collect your practice’s name, your name, your work email, the kind of practice, the address you choose for your Corella and your ABN, and if you give them, your phone number, roughly how many staff you have and how you heard about us. We send them to Corella’s sign-up system so your Corella can be set up, and email you the two links you need to carry on; our sales team gets a copy of that email. Your card details go to Stripe, our payment provider, in the next step — never to this website.
The human check. Every form on this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a script, is sending it. To run that check Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address and browser type, as described in its Turnstile privacy addendum. The result only tells us whether the check passed.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it gives us aggregate page statistics without setting cookies, fingerprinting your device or tracking you across other sites. That’s also why this site has no cookie banner — there’s nothing to consent to.
Ask us and the help search. When you search with the Ask us box or the help centre’s search, we record what you typed, the page you asked from, how many answers it found and which one you opened — so we can add answers to what people ask. We don’t record your IP address, set a cookie or link it to you, and before anything is stored we remove email addresses, phone numbers, long numbers such as an NDIS number, and a name you give. We keep these records for 180 days.
Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no social pixels, no selling or sharing of your details with anyone. This website doesn’t hold client or care records; the screenshots you see contain demonstration data only.
Where enquiry data lives
Demo requests arrive in our sales mailbox and contact-form messages in our support mailbox, both in our Microsoft 365 business account, and they are kept only as long as the conversation is useful. A demo request is also recorded on the demo instance you chose, with your answers, so a person can approve it and the demo can email you your link. A sign-up is recorded in Corella’s sign-up system, and its answers reach our sales mailbox once your card is saved, so a person can approve it. We don’t add you to mailing lists — you’ll hear from a person, about the thing you asked about.
The Corella platform itself
This policy covers this marketing website. When a provider adopts Corella, the handling of their organisation’s data — including where it’s hosted and how it’s isolated, backed up and exported — is governed by the agreement we sign with them. The plain-English overview is on our security & data handling page.
The Corella app, which care staff use on their phones, has its own app privacy policy.
Your rights, and reaching us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — use our contact form (choose “Privacy or data handling”) and a person will handle it. If you’re not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
