- Module:
- Visitor sign-in terminal (front desk), switched on in Settings → Modules
- Access:
- Safety, quality and compliance at Office, set by role in Settings → Roles
Step by step
- Read the count and the list: each visitor, why they came, who they are visiting, when they arrived and at which terminal, and who was told.
- More than one office? The line at the top counts the visitors at each office and across the practice; choose an office to see its own list, its assembly point and its devices.
- Press Expect a visitor for someone coming in, and give them the code it shows. Website meetings booked in person appear under Expected on their day, and are found at the front desk by the mobile they booked with.
Tips
- Visitors sign out at the front desk with the code they were given when they signed in, or the mobile they gave.
- It is a record of visitors for your own planning and safety.
- Someone still signed in at one office who signs in at another is marked for you to check.
On this screen
Expect a visitor
Someone coming to the office: their name, when, who they are visiting, and their mobile if you have it. Saving shows the code to give them — at the front desk they choose I have an appointment and type it, or their mobile.
- The code is shown again beside them under Expected, until they arrive.
- A visitor is found only on the day they are expected.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
