Websites that talk to Corella
Your website, run by your Corella.
Most provider websites are brochures that quietly drift out of date — the team page from two staff generations ago, a careers form that emails nobody. We design websites that plug into your Corella instance, so the public site tells the truth because the system behind it does.
What stays in sync
Update Corella. The website follows.
Careers that post themselves
Open a role in Corella's recruitment pipeline and it appears on your website's careers board. Applications flow straight back into your pipeline — no double-posting, no stale ads for roles you filled in March.
A team page that stays true
Your 'meet the team' section follows your staff records — people join, the site updates. Privacy is a rule, not a hope: support workers publish first-name-only, and nobody appears without the publish flag.
Book a chat against real availability
Families pick a person and a time in a guided booking flow — the slots on offer come from actual staff availability, so the website never promises a Tuesday that doesn't exist.
Programs and news, one source of truth
Your group-program timetable and news feed draw from the records your office already keeps in Corella. Update the program once; the website follows.
Enquiries become leads, not inbox orphans
A website enquiry lands in Corella as a lead your team works through intake — with the context the visitor already gave, instead of a forwarded email chain.
You control what publishes
Every dataset is an explicit opt-in from your Corella settings — jobs, team, timetable, news. Nothing about clients ever publishes; the website only ever sees what you've chosen to say publicly.
See it working
From your Corella to your website — and back.
Open a role, update a staff record, change the timetable — the website follows. And what visitors do on the website lands back in Corella as work your team can action.

Support workers publish first-name-only — the privacy rule is built in, not remembered.
Illustrative pages, generalised from a website we built with an Australian provider — your site gets your brand, your words, your people.
Early access, said plainly
Built with a real provider — not a stock template.
We have designed and built this pattern end-to-end with an Australian provider: careers board, availability-driven booking wizard, programs timetable, team page with the privacy rules care demands. Your site can launch day one and switch to live sync from your Corella instance whenever you opt in.
How it works
- We design and build your site — your brand, accessible to WCAG, fast on the edge, no page builders
- It connects to your Corella instance’s public data layer — opt-in per dataset, keyed to your organisation only
- Your team keeps working in Corella; the website stops being a second system to remember
- We host, watch and care for it — one vendor, one phone number
What it costs
One number, and the reason it's that number.
Start with what you get rather than what you pay: a referral from your site lands in Corella as an enquiry, a news post written once appears on the site, and a new hire shows up on the team page when you tick them off in the system. Nothing is typed twice. That's the part a website platform can't do at any price, because it doesn't know anything about your care business.
For Corella customers
A$19/ month, per organisation
Or A$190 a year — two months free. Per organisation, not per user — it doesn’t grow when your team does.
And we build it for free for our founding organisations — one Corella-connected site, designed with you, on the pattern we’ve already built end-to-end.
- Hosting on the same edge network as this site
- The SSL certificate, and every renewal
- Security updates and patching
- Content and design changes when you ask for them
- The connection to your Corella instance
- Pointing your existing domain at it
No setup fee, no per-change fee, no bandwidth bill, no premium-plugin upsell.
Why it’s A$19 — said plainly
Because you’re already running Corella. The site plugs into software you’re paying for, so we’re not building and hosting it in isolation — there’s no separate content system to license, no plugin stack to keep patched, and no second vendor to coordinate with.
That’s worth being straight about: this isn’t an introductory rate, a promotion or a discount that lapses. It’s the standing price for Corella customers, and it doesn’t expire. If you’re not running Corella, a website from us is a normally quoted project — this number exists because of the connection, not instead of it.
What you’re probably paying now
Both providers who came to us most recently were on Squarespace. Its Business plan is A$28 a month billed annually — A$40 month-to-month — plus 3% of anything you sell, with plans running A$16–52annually. A self-hosted site is the same story with hosting, plus plugins, plus somebody’s time.
The money is the smaller half though. The real cost of a disconnected website is a careers page advertising a role you filled in March, and an enquiry form that emails somebody who left.
Squarespace pricing checked 31 July 2026 on their Australian pricing page; their plans change, so check it yourself before you switch on our numbers alone.
One system, one bill, one login — and nothing extra to manage separately. Not a website vendor, plus a care system, plus the person who copies between them.
