Your own instance

Every provider gets an isolated instance and database — pricing never involves sharing infrastructure, or a database, with anyone.

Per user, per month

One number per person who logs in. No modules to price up, no surprise add-ons for the features that keep people safe.

Everything included

Incidents, care plans, funds, forms, risk, the carer app, the participant portal — in the base product. We don't paywall safety.

Your data, always yours

Reports export to CSV any day of the week, and you can ask for a complete export of your database and documents at any time.

If $19 is a jump from what you pay now

Pay annually and two months are free.

You pay for ten months and get twelve, which works out at about $15.80 per staff user a month — still everything included, still no tiers, still free participant and family logins. It’s the same product and the same price list; the only thing that changes is when you pay. If a lower monthly number is what makes this work for your board, this is the honest way to get there, and you don’t have to negotiate for it.

PricingFair questions

Pricing, straight.

What does the $19 actually include?
Everything on this website: all six pillars, incidents and care plans and funds, the carer PWA, the participant portal, Xero connector, NDIA claims, white-label branding, Sydney hosting, backups and updates. There is no higher tier to upgrade to — $19 (AUD ex GST) per staff user per month is the whole product. You pay for staff seats; participant and family portal logins cost nothing.
Who counts as a user?
Staff. You pay for the people who work in Corella — coordinators, office staff, support workers — and nobody else. Participant and family portal access is included at no charge and is never counted as a seat, however many participants you support. A provider with 21 staff and 145 participants on the portal pays for 21.
Is there a minimum team size?
No seat minimum — there's a $149/month account minimum instead, which covers your isolated instance's real infrastructure. Under about eight staff users you pay the floor; beyond that it's simply $19 a staff user.
Can we pay annually to bring the monthly figure down?
Yes, and it's published rather than negotiated: pay annually and two months are free, so you pay for ten and get twelve — about $15.80 per staff user a month. Nothing else changes. If you're moving from something cheaper per seat, this is usually the comparison that matters, alongside what's actually included at each price.
Another platform quotes a lower per-user price. How do we compare properly?
Compare what's inside the number rather than the number. Our $19 includes care plans, incidents, funds tracking, the AI layer, the nine SCHADS award checks, shift matching, the forecast, NDIA bulk claiming, the participant and family portal with free logins, and your own isolated instance — there are no tiers, so nothing on that list can be moved behind a higher plan later. Elsewhere a headline rate often buys rostering, with the safety-critical modules on a dearer tier and a per-client charge for a family portal. Add up the tier you'd actually need, plus the add-ons, and then compare. We'd rather you did that arithmetic than took our word for it.
Do you charge for the connected website?
It's a separate, optional thing and it's A$19 a month per organisation — per organisation, not per user, so it doesn't grow with your team — or A$190 a year. For our founding organisations we design and build the site itself at no charge. That price exists because you're already running Corella and the site plugs into it; a website for someone not on Corella is a normally quoted project. There's more on the website page.
What's the founding-provider offer?
Founding organisations get free full migration from their current tools and a direct line to the people who build the product — on the same $19 per staff user/month, no lock-in. It is a limited number of places, and when they are gone they are gone.
What does onboarding involve?
Setup done with you: services and price book, roles and modules, your branding — and migration of your existing data out of your current system and shared drive, verified with you record by record. It's scoped with you up front, and it's included rather than quoted as a separate project.
Do safety features ever move to a higher tier?
No. There are no tiers to move them to. Incident management, care plans, funds tracking, forms and risk assessments are base-product, for every provider, permanently.
What about the platform it runs on?
Included: Sydney hosting, daily backups with point-in-time recovery, monitoring, and updates. There's no separate hosting bill.

Do the maths against your current stack.

Add up what you pay now: the rostering platform's tier that actually includes care plans and incidents, the separate HR tool, and the hours spent moving information between them. Corella is $19 a user, all-in, in a system you own.
