Live demo · Aged care
A Support at Home provider, running on Corella.
The same made-up organisation as the NDIS demo, with the aged-care rooms switched on and the NDIS-only rooms switched off — so an aged-care prospect never sees an NDIS claims screen.
Who it is for: Home-care and Support at Home providers, and meals services.
Runs at demo-agedcare.corellacare.com.au — a pass signs you in; there is no public login.
Who it presents as
A made-up organisation, fully working.
It presents as Corella Demo Care, the same made-up organisation and the same staff as the NDIS demo, with the rooms an aged-care provider uses. The people it supports are called participants.
Switched off on purpose
Plan management, support coordination, SIL and accommodation, restrictive practices and NDIS claims. These five rooms are NDIS-only, so they are switched off here. An aged-care prospect never sees a claims screen they will never use — the same module switches a real provider sets.
What is switched on
The rooms an aged-care provider uses are switched on.
- Support at Home — Quarterly budgets, the care-management line, contributions by category, carry-over and grants.
- Rostering and service delivery — The week board, clock-on and clock-off, timesheets and travel.
- Meals — A catalogue, orders and the participant/funder split.
- Clinical records — Clinical charts, wound care, episodes of care and consumables.
- Incidents, complaints and risk — The quality registers.
- People — HR, recruitment and training.
- Intake and contacts — The intake pipeline and the organisation's contacts.
- AI — Care Signals, the AI client summary and insights, and meeting summaries.
What you will see
Walk through it in this order.
Two Support at Home participants carry the whole funding model, so you can check every number against the program rules.
Two participants on different classifications
One on classification 4 with a part pension, one on classification 6 who is a full pensioner — so the two contribution pictures differ the way they do in real life.
Quarterly budgets with the care-management line kept separate
Each participant has a quarterly budget, with the 10% care-management deduction shown as its own line rather than netted off.
Carry-over, chained
Two closed quarters and one open, with the carry-over chained from each quarter into the next.
Contributions by category
Clinical supports at 0% for everyone; independence and everyday living set by each participant's assessment.
The pathway and the grant
A Restorative Care Pathway, and an assistive technology and home modifications grant that deliberately does not accrue the way a quarterly budget does.
The 1 October 2026 change
The notice for 1 October 2026, when personal care becomes fully government-funded clinical care and the contribution on it drops to zero.

How a pass works
- A person on our side mints a time-boxed link — 24 hours, 48 hours or seven days, 48 by default — and emails it to you.
- It signs you straight in as that view’s demo account. No password, nothing to pass on.
- Settings are read-only on a pass, and you cannot see anyone else’s link.
- Change anything you like: the demo resets to the same starting point at 3am Melbourne time, every night.
- Email and SMS sending are switched off, so nothing you press reaches a real inbox or phone.
Worth being precise about
What this demo is, and is not.
Corella does not produce the Support at Home monthly statement today. The demo shows the budgets, lines and contributions that statement is built from.
The care-management deduction, the contribution rates and the 1 October 2026 change are program rules; check the department's current Support at Home guidance before you rely on any figure.
In a real instance each AI feature is off until your organisation switches it on; here they are on so you can try them. They are assistive: a person decides what happens next, and nothing is filed into a care record without a deliberate click. The text they analyse is sent to our AI provider in the United States, under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content. Your records still live in Sydney; the analysis does not happen in Sydney. Meeting summaries start from speech: the audio is transcribed by a specialist provider in the European Union — there is no Australian region for it — and as soon as the text comes back, the instance instructs that service to delete both the recording and its copy of the text. Corella does not keep the recording. What is sent, and where.
