Tips
- The register lists 50 assessments at a time in the order you chose, the pages numbered under it; Show all puts every assessment on one page.
- The rating is what the assessor chose.
- Assessment type lists your practice's templates (Settings → Risk assessments): each has its own risk matrix — the rating shown beside a hazard is that template's square, and The rating comes from this risk matrix shows it. An unsatisfactory checklist item needs its potential hazard and the control implemented where the template asks.
- Each client's assessments are also on their file (the Risks tab), a program's on the program, and the ones a staff member completed or approved on their record (the Risk assessments tab) — for a performance review.
