Emergency call list

The people on Support at Home, as filtered on the list, with what you need to check on each of them — to print or save as a PDF.

Support at Home funding (aged care), switched on in Settings → Modules
Access:
Care planning and coordination at Office, set by role in Settings → Roles

Step by step

  1. On Support at Home → At a glance, filter by care partner, emergency priority, language (and interpreter), suburb or start date, and choose the order; then Print as a call list keeps the same people in the same order.
  2. Each person shows their emergency priority and why, their address and phone, language, care partner, the kinds of alert, and the people to call with their numbers. The words of each alert stay on their record.
  3. On paper each person has room to write when you called, whether you reached them and what was done — record it on their record once Corella is back.
  4. Each copy says who printed it and when, and Print / PDF is recorded in the audit log.

This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
