Step by step
- Record care management takes the person, the day, the minutes in 15-minute steps, whether it was with them (direct) or on their behalf (indirect), and what it was.
- Branches and their pools: add each service delivery branch with its NAPS Service ID, and connect each person to theirs on their Support at Home page.
Tips
- Services Australia's care management account is the figure that counts: a new branch's first two quarters are paid pro rata, and its account statement says what was credited.
On this screen
A service delivery branch
A branch the practice serves people from: its name, its NAPS Service ID (care management claims go through it) and when it started.
- Each quarter the branch's care management pool is credited for the people connected to it on the last day of the quarter before.
Their service delivery branch
Which branch the person is connected to, and from when.
Record care management
One care management activity: the day, the minutes in 15-minute steps, whether it was with them (direct) or on their behalf (indirect), and what it was.
- Everyone needs at least one direct activity of 15 minutes or more each month.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
