Payment statement

Services Australia's answer to one claim, beside what Corella claimed: what it paid for each line, the contribution it worked out, and anything that differs.

Step by step

  1. The top gives what was paid and when, and the bank reference the deposit carries. When you find the deposit in the bank, press Found it in the bank.
  2. Corella's lines on this claim lists each line with what was claimed, the contribution Services Australia took off and what it paid. Lines that differ from Corella's own figures come first, each difference in words — a hardship reduction, a changed price, an adjustment.
  3. A line Services Australia adjusted later (its own Adjustment claim, after a back-dated change) is compared over every statement that answered it: Paid here is this statement's part, and the total is beside it.

Tips

  • A contribution that differs from Corella's is Services Australia's to decide: its figure is the one to charge.

This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
