Step by step

  1. Choose the period, review what it has picked up, then create.
  2. Under each person it says who their invoice goes to — a payer, their plan manager or their billing contact.
  3. A visit whose timesheet is approved while the visit itself still says Scheduled is listed above the run, and Bill them in this run adds it.
  4. A visit that needs two carers, worked by two, bills both carers' time, and its invoice line says so. A group with two carers splits their time between the people in it.
  5. A visit billed to the client themselves (Private or Other funding) while their only open case on that day has a payer is named under their row, with who would pay; Put them on the case moves it, so the payer is billed with its reference and terms.
