- Participant and patient records at Manage, set by role in Settings → Roles
Step by step
- Open both records and compare them — the reason for the flag is listed under each pair.
- If they are one person, keep the fuller record and exit the other.
- If they are two different people, mark them so and the pair stops appearing.
Tips
- Marking a pair as different people is reversible, and it records who decided.
