Step by step

  1. Search for a name, or filter by group, coordinator or DSL. Download CSV gives the same list as a spreadsheet.
  2. Tick the clients to change and choose Change: a group, a coordinator, a DSL, or any of them. Review shows every team it touches before anything is saved.
  3. Replace someone everywhere hands every team one person coordinates, or is the DSL of, to someone else in one step — the way to handle a coordinator leaving. Deactivating a staff member who leads teams offers the same.
  4. Groups are your own headings for the list — a region, a program, a funding type. Add, rename, reorder or remove them with Groups.

Tips

  • A coordinator and a DSL belong to a TEAM, so changing one person's changes it for everyone on that team. The review names everyone else it reaches before you save.
  • If somebody else changed an allocation after you reviewed yours, the save is refused and you review it again.
  • Everyone who works in the office can see this page; changing it needs the right to manage clients' records.
