- Access:
- Participant and patient records at Office, set by role in Settings → Roles
Step by step
- Administrators can bring a whole list of clients in at once: Import from a spreadsheet, beside New client.
- Search or filter to find somebody, then click through to their record.
- Waiting list, in the status filter, lists the prospects waiting for a place, each with how long they have waited — put a prospect on it from their record. A client whose status moves past prospect comes off it by itself.
- Once your practice has areas (Settings, then Teams, then Areas), the list can show one area at a time: everyone whose record names it, and everyone else whose postcode is one of its. Filters combine — a team and an area together show the clients in both.
- Beside each count, “was” is the same check's count when Corella last took its weekly snapshot (each Monday morning) — the day is named above the cards. It appears from the day after the first snapshot.
- Columns chooses what the list shows for you. Needs attention is one of the columns: tick it to see each person's checks on their row.
- Use New to create a record; the care plan, funding and documents are added afterwards.
Tips
- Sort by a column and then hide it, and the list goes back to its usual order until you show that column again.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
