Tips

  • Renewing a document records a new copy. The newest of each kind is the one that counts, and the older one stays in Every record.
  • Remove a record only if it was entered by mistake. A lapsed document is still a record of what was held.
  • Clients lists the clients whose team they are on, from when to when. Ending one there takes them off that client's team today and keeps the record.
  • Each referral has a stage — Referral, Intake, Assessment, Care planning, Support, Notes and updates, Review, Ongoing support. Move it here or on the record; the provider can move it from their portal too, and each move keeps who made it and when.

This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
