Meetings

Record a meeting or visit and get a reviewable summary — what was discussed, decided and agreed.

Module:
Record & summarise a meeting, switched on in Settings → Modules
Access:
Clinical records at Manage, set by role in Settings → Roles

Step by step

  1. Give the meeting a title, record or upload the audio, and read the summary when it is ready.

Tips

  • The audio is sent to our speech-to-text service; the notice on the Meetings screen says where.
  • A client named on a meeting must have signed the recording consent first — the recorder offers to take it on the spot.

Recording consent

The form a client signs before a meeting naming them can be recorded.

Record or upload a meeting

Start a recording, or upload audio you already have, and get a reviewable summary.

  • The audio is sent to our speech-to-text service — the notice on this screen says where.
  • The summary is AI-written from the transcript. Read it before it becomes the record.

This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
