Step by step
- Book one from a client's record: Overview, Allied health team, Book beside the provider. A provider can book from their own portal too.
- Move between weeks with Previous week and Next week.
Tips
- A double-up is worked out against today's roster, so a shift booked after an appointment shows here too.
- The roster shows them too: on its Clients view each appointment sits in the client's day, and a shift booked over one is held with a warning until it is confirmed.
- A cancelled appointment stays, struck through, with who cancelled it and why.
