- Roster and shifts at Do the work, set by role in Settings → Roles
Step by step
- Use Claim an expense: the day you spent it, what it was for, the amount, and a photo or PDF of the receipt if there was one.
- Each claim says where it is up to: waiting for approval, approved and paid on the next pay run, paid in a named pay run, or declined with the reason.
- A claim that is still waiting can be withdrawn.
Tips
- A cost on a shift — parking at a visit, a meal on an outing — goes on that shift instead, where the roster records it.
- Your own claim is approved by someone else who runs pay.

Claim an expense
The day you spent it, what it was for, the amount, and a photo or PDF of the receipt if there was one.
- It waits for someone who runs pay. Approved, it is paid back on the next pay run; declined, the reason shows here.
- A receipt is a photo (JPG or PNG) or a PDF, up to 10 MB.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
