Step by step

  1. Build a course, then assign it to people or to a role.
  2. A course that auto-assigns to a role is given to everyone who joins on that role (a hire converted from Recruitment included), comes back, or moves to it, unless they already hold it. It is due that day plus the course's Days to pass after joining. They are told, and so is everyone who can manage training.
  3. Corella's own courses — ready to publish: twelve short courses on using Corella, one for each role, for NDIS, aged care and wound care, each with a picture of every screen it covers from Corella's demo.

Tips

  • Turning Training before work off lifts it for everybody at once.

Course — new and edit

A course, its content and whether it is mandatory.

Acknowledge prior learning

Credit somebody for training done elsewhere.

  • Record what the evidence was.

Assign a course

Give a course to people or to a role, with a due date.

Waive this course for them

  • They are told, and their training shows who waived it and why. Undo waiver on the same row puts it back.

Publish this course

Make one of Corella's own courses one of yours, for the role it is written for — given now to everyone in that role if you tick it, and optional or mandatory as you choose.

  • Each new person in that role is given it when they join, as with any course for a role.

This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
