Tips
- Every filled field is marked “From the recording” until you edit it or click the mark to accept it. Speech-to-text mishears names, medicines, doses and numbers — read each one before you submit.
- The transcript is read by an AI service overseas to fill the form, the same as the note draft.
- A form the office sent back opens from its link with your answers filled in and their reason at the top. Fix what was asked and submit it again; the form it replaces stays in the history as sent back.
