A conversation

One conversation — everything written in it, and the box to add to it.

Updated 15 October 2026Corella’s help for this screen, word for word

Step by step

  1. Under each ordinary message, Seen by lists who has had the conversation open since it arrived. It counts everyone in the conversation except you and whoever wrote it.

Tips

  • A conversation attached to a client is part of their record. Write it as though an auditor will read it, because that is what it is for.
  • Every message is still there — the office can restore it with one button.

This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
