Step by step
- Pick what to report on — shifts, timesheets, invoices and their lines, payments, clients, staff and their documents, incidents or training. You are offered only what your own access lets you open elsewhere in Corella.
- Choose the period, then tick the columns you want. Add filters to narrow it (every filter must hold).
- To total things up, group by up to three columns and add totals — a count, or the total, average, lowest or highest of a number. With a group or a total, the report shows one row per group instead of the columns.
- Run shows the first 200 rows; Download CSV has them all. Save keeps the report for next time — tick Share to let others who can use the same data open it too.
Tips
- A shared report shows each person only what their own access allows.
- One run reads up to a year and 50,000 rows. If it stops at the limit, it says so — narrow the period or add a filter.
- Every download is recorded against your name with how many rows it held.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
