Get a demo
See your operation in Corella.
One short form for every way of seeing it: a link to the demo that looks like you, a 30-minute walkthrough on Teams, or both. A person looks at every request and emails you your demo.

Each is a complete, working Corella instance on made-up data, set up for one kind of provider — the same product, with that sector's words and rooms switched on.

One form, about a minute.
Tell us which demo fits you and how you'd like to see it. Starred questions are the only ones you have to answer.
The real product, on made-up records
A complete Corella on a demo practice set up for your kind of provider — the same build our providers run. Click anything; it resets every night.
A walkthrough on Teams, if you'd like one
Thirty minutes from how your organisation runs today — your tools, your funding mix, your team — with real answers, including where it stops.
Your website, if you want it
Pick a design you like. For Corella customers we design, build and host the website for A$19 a month on top of the plan, connected to Corella.

Five things to try
Five things worth trying in any demo.
Whatever software you're weighing, these five show how it handles a provider's real work. Try them in every trial — here is where each one is in Corella, and where it stops.
- 01
A participant and their funding plan
Try it: Set up a participant with an NDIS plan: the support categories, the money released so far, and the prices their supports are charged at.
In Corella: Each funding period's dates and released amount go on the service agreement, and spend is measured against every period that has started, so carried-over money still counts. The Funding tab says what's still available, and the shift drawer warns when released funding is tight on the shift's date.
Where it stops: Released amounts are typed in from the plan — nothing is fetched from the NDIA — and the warnings never stop a booking.
Billing and funding - 02
A fortnight's roster
Try it: Build two weeks for a few participants and workers, with a sleepover, a shift for two, and a shift nobody is free for.
In Corella: Weekly or fortnightly patterns lay out real, editable shifts about six months ahead; conflicts and nine SCHADS award checks speak up as you book; and the roster assistant proposes someone for each shift still short of people, with its reasons.
Where it stops: The award checks warn while the roster is a draft — they don't calculate pay — and the coordinator decides every time.
Rostering - 03
A worker's shift and note, on the phone
Try it: Sign in as a support worker on a phone: open today's shift, clock on, see what the visit needs, write the progress note and clock off.
In Corella: The worker opens Corella in the phone's browser and can add it to the home screen. Each shift carries the address, the office's instructions and the person's tasks; the progress note is written on the shift, and you can require one before the worker clocks off.
Where it stops: It's a web app, not a native one, so it needs signal to clock on or save a note; requiring a note is a switch, off until you turn it on.
Progress notes - 04
The billing output
Try it: Turn a fortnight of delivered shifts into invoices and the NDIA's claim file, then see what came back paid.
In Corella: An invoice run prices delivered shifts from your price book; lines for NDIA-managed participants batch into the NDIA's 16-column bulk payment request; and when you upload the NDIA's outcome file, every line is recorded as paid, part-paid or rejected.
Where it stops: You upload both files in the provider portal yourself — nothing is lodged for you, and there is no direct NDIA connection.
Billing and claims - 05
Onboarding a worker, with mandatory training
Try it: Hire someone, give them the training their role needs, and see what happens when a course or a check is overdue.
In Corella: A hired applicant becomes a staff login in one step and is given the courses set for their level; checks such as a police check or first aid carry expiry lights; and with Training before work switched on, a worker with an overdue mandatory course can't clock on until they pass it or an administrator waives it.
Where it stops: The contract and the onboarding checklist are deliberate steps on the HR screen, and an expired check warns when you roster — it doesn't block.
